SMFM Statement: Elective induction of labor in low-risk nulliparous women at term: The ARRIVE trial
The purpose of this document is to review the findings of a recent randomized trial of induction of labor versus expectant management in low-risk nulliparous women at 39 weeks of gestation, and to provide guidance for implementation of the study findings into practice.
